1. Purchase orders
A purchase order you submit is an offer to buy from the supplier. It becomes binding only when the supplier confirms it. Stock is held for you only until the supplier confirms or the stated time runs out.
2. Payment and delivery
Payment and delivery are arranged directly between you and the supplier on the terms shown with each product. Arbitrap does not collect trade payments and never marks an order paid without the supplier's confirmation.
3. Resale
You are responsible for reselling lawfully in your country, including labelling, taxes and consumer rules. Use only the supplier's approved product information and claims.
4. Data
The supplier receives your business details and order history with that supplier.
