1. You are the seller
You are the merchant of record for your orders: you are responsible for your products, their legality in each market, taxes, fulfillment, returns, refunds and customer support.
2. Product claims
Every claim you approve for affiliates must be truthful and substantiated. Arbitrap shows your approved claims as "approved by the merchant" — it does not verify them scientifically, medically or with any regulator.
